General description

The hopper on skids with a pick-up conveyor is an industrial device used for temporary storage and effective feeding of bulk or granular materials. The skid construction ensures stability and facilitates transport and handling of the hopper within the storage yard or production line. The pick-up conveyor, placed at the bottom of the hopper, allows controlled material collection and its even feeding to the next stages of the technological process.

The hopper is equipped with a conveyor speed regulation system, which allows for precise adjustment of the material feeding intensity to the needs of a given application. Additionally, it can be equipped with mechanisms protecting against blockages and excessive load, which affects work safety and durability of the device. Thanks to its solid construction and materials used, the hopper on skids is resistant to external factors and can operate in difficult industrial conditions.
