Dewaterers

Application

In every process of wet sorting and rinsing of aggregates, the problem of water pulp appears.

The bucket-ribbon dewaterers we offer are used to remove sand and dust fractions.

Construction

They are made of welded and bolted steel elements, and then painted.

The most wear-prone machine elements, i.e. buckets, are made of abrasion-resistant sheets.

OFFERED TYPES

Bucket-ribbon dewaterer

General description

The bucket-screw dewaterer is a device used to separate sand from pulp. The proposed dewaterer allows for the production of one or two types of sand.

The dewaterer is equipped with a ribbon (screw) with adjustable speed, enabling the recovery of the undersize product, used effectively to push sand towards the unloading buckets.

The device can operate in extreme temperatures and high humidity conditions. It has specially designed inlet boxes that reduce turbulence at the inlet.

The design allows for quick replacement of buckets and screw section for easy maintenance.
