Belt conveyors
This is a complement to our offer of machines for the mining industry - we can supply transport systems (conveyors) in various lengths and widths - always in accordance with the customer's needs and specifications.
We can offer conveyors:
- of any lengths
- for transporting all bulk materials
- with rubber belts with a width of 500 mm to 1200 mm
- at the customer's request, they can be equipped with a threshold belt, enabling transport at an angle of up to 30 °
- Conveyors can also be equipped with chassis with hydraulic lifting
1. For feeding feed up to 300 T/h we offer:
- a conveyor with a B800 belt, 16 m long with an adjustable angle of inclination on fixed supports.
- in the case of ordering a wheeled chassis, the cost of purchasing an axle with tires is added.
- power requirement 7.5 kW
2. For receiving sifted sand:
- conveyor with B600 belt, length 16m-20m with adjustable angle of inclination on fixed supports
- power requirement depending on length 5.5-7.5 kW
3. For receiving other fractions of oversize grain we recommend:
- Conveyor with B600 belt, length 16m-20m with adjustable angle of inclination on fixed supports.
From our experience, the selection of the chassis depends on the user's possibilities of moving the transporter (usually with a loader on slings, without the need to lower the transporter structure on supports and drag it on wheels).
