A few words about our company

Our company was founded in 1984 by Adolf Kluza – under the original name MECHKO Zakład Mechaniki i Konstrukcji.

In 2006, the company was taken over by his son Marek Kluza, and the company name was changed to MECHKO Ltd.

SWORD WASHERS

Application and Construction.

The washers we offer are used to remove impurities and clean rock material from clay, silt, marl, and are also perfect for washing out organic impurities such as charcoal, roots, etc.

They are made of one or two shafts enclosed in a steel tank, driven by an electric motor. Each shaft is equipped with steel or polyurethane shredding swords arranged alternately. The whole thing is spray-painted.

Marek Kluza

Owner of MECHKO – born in 1977. I can boast over 20 years of experience in designing and selling heavy machinery, mainly for the mining industry.

Always open to new solutions.

My greatest professional achievement so far was the design and production of a screening and rinsing line for large mining plants in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

My work is my passion – I love designing machines, but privately I also have another passion, which is flying.

I always provide my contractors with comprehensive, reliable advice, I really value direct contact with the customer.
